And ah, that's a great idea! When writing/playing this, I already had a preconceived notion that my Inciting Incident vow would happen after my characters reach Timberwall, so I didn't even think of making a vow before then. _facepalm_
I'll see if it won't be too complicated to retcon one in for the next session.
Founding the first city is her background vow, so that'll be something I try to build up gradually throughout the entire campaign.
I'm thinking the vow in Timberwall will be related to being accused of a crime that she has to clear herself of. So a fun little mystery/court trial episode.
